Some of the project objectives are:

To know whether some of the natural products of Chinese medicinal plants used as an injection to treat COVID-19 bind to a protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Compare the binding energy in kcal/mol of different compounds with swissdock.ch csv file and the t Student with R language.

Compare the amino acids of the different proteases of the protein Data bank 7BRO, 6Y2E, 7CWC, 6LU7 (remove ligand) and others, which bind with the natural products and those of other authors.

Compare the results with the bibliography.

Biochemistry is the application of chemistry to the study of biological processes at the cellular and molecular level. It emerged as a distinct discipline around the beginning of the 20th century when scientists combined chemistry, physiology, and biology to investigate the chemistry of living systems.
